These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website available at www.quantlab.pl (hereinafter: the “Website”), operated by QuantLab Ernest Wagner (hereinafter: “QuantLab” or the “Provider”).

All prices presented on the Website are for information purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer under Article 66 §1 of the Polish Civil Code. Final terms, including pricing, are agreed individually with the sales representative.

6. Liability

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Warsaw, Poland.
